Vegetarian
curry is easy to make in the slow cooker thanks to spaghetti squash. The squash
is readily shredded after cooking on low heat for a few hours, and you can add
in any vegetables of your choosing. Broccoli, zucchini, and bell peppers would
all go well with the creamy squash curry. This recipe was inspired by the
